On someone elses computer goto control panel click on the date, time, language,etc. (on XP for sure).
Then click regonal and language options. Goto languages tab click details then add and then scroll down under keyboard layout to (my favorite) United states- dvorak then there will be a keyboard icon at the taskbar click on it and set it to dvorak then tell it to hide.
