Tech Support: No Sir/Maam, the service tag number.

Tech Support: No that is your express service code, I need your service tag.
Customer: Right, the service tag is "145656583037229."
Tech Support: No, that's not the one I'm looking for. I need the service tag.
Customer: Hold on let me look. (Long pause) I can't find anything else. Where can I find it?
Tech Support: (Explaining where to find it)
Customer: How about the order number or the invoice number?
Tech Support: No sir/maam, I need the service tag number.
Customer: Here's the part number, 217-0923
Tech Support: (Very Annoyed) I don't need that number, all I need is the service tag number. (Re-explaining where it is found)
Customer: All I see on here is the express service code and it's 25TYR
Tech Support: (Slamming Head On Desk) That is your Service Tag! That's what I need!
