Causes the Windows 98/98/NT desktop icons to move a pixel at a time at random intervals (from 10ms to 32765ms). This prank drove a few people crazy during beta testing. This prank is nice so there is a SneakyIcons button that pops up on the system tray. Just click the button to return the icons to their prior positions.
Since this one requires a dll, the download file is an installer that just put the prank and its dll where you specify.
