Slow clock will slow down your victim's clock by 10%, moving the clock back one second every ten seconds. Although the computer will, every hour, be 6 minutes slower, the change is subtle enough that the victim won't notice the program changing the clock. To disable it, either reboot or kill slowclock.exe.
