Flickerer makes the screen flicker repeatedly, toggling every 1/3 of a second.
You have the choice to delay the start of the flickering (so a friend on whom you use Flickerer doesn't suspect you were responsible).
You can also set it up to start with Windows, as well as disabling Alt+F4 (and Ctrl+Alt+Del in Win9x/ME). An uninstaller is also provided on the download page for those who set Flickerer to automatically start with Windows. As an extra method of deception, Flickerer will disguise itself as EXPLORER.exe or RUNDLL32.exe, so that it is nearly impossible to find in the task manager (in NT/2000/XP).
IMPORTANT: After you run the setup program, you can NOT move any of the Flickerer files, so make sure you hide the files before you start. Also, make sure you unzip the files (do not run them while still compressed)
To remove, restart your computer
