I still can't stop laughing from this one! Okay, it was The Grand April First Bash Weekend, a time when Roomie and I try to out-do each other for the April Fool's weekend. I had a doozie for her! See, Roomie has an intense mortal phobia of chainsaws, and I gladly went too far for the holiday. After many hours barganing, and a $50 bribe, Neighbor was finally willing to do the dastardly deed. It was nearing 10:00pm and Roomie was sitting comfortably in her chair when she heard a bloodchilling sound. "What was that?" she asked, wide eyed at the sound of neighbor pulling the cord. "Oh, probably just someone mowing their lawn." I remarked. But Roome knew I had somthing evil planned, as I do every year. And when she heard the distant roar of the chainsaw starting up, the fun began. She bolted from her seat as she saw Neighbor, weilding the chainsaw with a black cape and hood draped over his lean body. She screamed piercingly and flew into the bathroom, locking the door behind her. I instructed Neighbor to bang on the door hard. He pounded the wood and slammed his body aganst it, chainsaw blazing. Roomie screeched in terror. I then told Neighbor about the small window around back, where Roome could get another look at the dreaded machine. Neighbor went back and I then set one of the chairs between the door and wall. Neighbor reached the window. Roomie realized she was trapped. She banged on the door, trying despratley to escape. I waited about a minuete and I then pulled the chair off the door. It swung open violently after Roomie put all her weight aganst it, and she crashed to the floor. Neighbor came back around with the chainsaw off and removed the hood. Roomie looked up at us both, panting hard with a look of pure hatred on her face. She didn't speak to me for weeks after that.
