are 6 lines long by 60 characters wide. All the advertising information, including accompanying URLs,
must fit within the dimensions these dimensions.
Text Ad Tips
- Use a catchy, attention-grabbing headline.
- Consider using white space in your ad. Don't feel that you have to fill up every space of every line available.
- Come up with an offer that compels those who see your ad to respond.
- Use URLs less than 60 characters in length. Longer URLs will wrap, causing links to be unclickable.
- Include HTML markup that will allow AOL users to click your links. This is done as follows:

- If including an email address in your ad, be sure to include "mailto:" before the address in order to make the address clickable in most email programs
